as referenced in the Bowser Weekly,
    Innovative Food Holdings (IVFH)

    is set to release their
    quarterly earnings

    after the close, tomorrow,
    Tuesday, August 13th, 2019

    I am not overly optimistic,
    yet hopefull, that they
    will be supportive of the
    current valuation.

    rounding the shares
    UP to 40,000,000

    rounding the price
    UP to 60¢

    gives a market capitalization
    of $24,000,000

    (2,400,000,000 ¢ ,
    or 2.4 billion cents)

    comfortably less than 50% of
    trailing twelve month revenue

    The Climate Prediction Center
    (Seasonal Forecast Bureau) of
    the National Weather Service

    is forecasting an about
    30% to 50% chance for

    above average temperatures
for all of the United States

I checked for the months from
    September 2019 to March 2020

this is not like the accuracy
    of their seven day forecast

    we could easily have the
    coldest winter on record

    nevertheless, as it stands,
it is not a bullish factor
    for natural gas prices

    (thinking about winter
    has an certain appeal:
    I don’t use air conditioning)

    I was a little disappointed
    to see that three insiders
    dis-acquired shares of:

    Innovative Food Holdings (IVFH)

Only now saw it, in the
    Insider Transactions Table
    of this August’s Bowser Report.

    “D-17,025”

    # of trades: 3

    price range: 54¢ to 55¢

    __________________________

    a crude guessing analysis:

    3 people

    sold 17,025 shares

at an average price of 54.50¢

    17,025shares x 54.50¢ = $9,278.625

    $9,278.625 ÷ 3insiders = $3092.875

    Financially, these three insiders
appear to be in my league.

    You don’t suppose they got
    skittish about the market,
    and sold. $3,000 is still
a lot of money to some of us.

Well, one could be good at food,
    and not good at investing.

    It is not impossible.

    ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (ARC)

again traded in a wide range today:
    now between 140.00¢ and 160.00¢

    closing at 143¢ , down 16¢
3¢ above the new low of 140¢

I read the transcript of their
    quarterly conference call ,
    and was well impressed with
    management.

The bank debt is now down
    to $70,000,000. If one includes
    the capital lease figure
    of $40,000,000, that would be
    $110,000,000.

    Though I’m sure there are
    other liabilities, that might
    be included in the consideration
    of debt.

I hope to not miss their next
    telephone conference. Maybe,
if I could make enough money,
    I could become a shareholder.

    ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (ARC)

traded in a wide range today:
    between 165.50¢ and 185.00¢

    closing at 169¢ , down 22¢
    on 176,842 shares

    or about double volume
    (according to Yahoo!)

    The new 52-week low
    of 162¢ (161.50¢)

    only seems like
    more of the same:

    treding around in
    this low territory.

    “We [ARC] continue [took action]
to reduce our debt by $5 million
    during the period [quarter], …”

    CFO: Jorge [George] Avalos

    from the news release yesterday,
    August 6th:second quarter report

With the outlook given at the end
of that release, a modest current
    fair value might be considered
to be between 140¢ and 180¢.

    I would want about a 30% discount
from the low end, with an entry
    at 110¢.

    Trouble is, their shareholders
    are probably too disciplined
to let it fall that far.

    Regarding adding the attribute

I was thinking, ha ha ha,
and I can not be sure,

however, if I ever put in
a market order, I can not
    remember the idea, or thought
    process, or train of thought
    involved.

I guess that shows my trading naivety. I can’t think of any
reason for which I would ever
    use a market order.

    To Buy:

Place the limit at the ask.

    or

    To Sell:

Place the limit at the bid.

    Placing a market order
    seems like trying
    to go faster than
    the speed of light.

    Noble Roman’s, Inc. (NROM)

    traded down to about 45¢
    briefly, early this morning.

I did not see it, however,

    someone sold maybe 2,500 shares,
or maybe a bit more. Not sure.

I guess they were excited to
do something else with the maybe
    eleven hundred to fifteen hundred
    dollars.

    It closed about 60¢,
    with 11,500 shares traded.

    Yahoo gives a current average
    volume of about 15,000 shares.

    That is misleading, though,
    because it has recently
    been trading almost none
    to none, with an occasional
    bit more shares.

Perhaps, if a stock is often
    difficult to get-in-and-out-of,
    like NROM,

    and an investor considers
    that they may wish to,

    the difficulty of switching
in and out and back in again,
    should be a consideration
    for buying a fewer number
    of shares.

    Ultra Petroleum Corporation has
    decided against a reverse split

    and expects to be delisted
from the NASDAQ on August 8th,

and plans to list its shares
    on the OTCQX exchange, with

    the new ticker symbol: UPLC

    coincidentally, beginning on
    the Eighth day of August.

(I was able to buy more
    shares under 17¢ today.)

    Ultra Petroleum has scheduled

    Innovative Food Holdings
    has a direct to consumer
    specialty food business at:

    http://www.igourmet.com

    Perhaps: The Innovative Gourmet

    Or maybe: The Internet Gourmet

    Anyway, it appears to be
a good place to “eat into
    your stock market gains”.

    Regarding the post above,
    from November 2018:

Here and now, eight months later,
I believe JCP now owns over
    10% of Innovative Food Holdings.

    A Price Range

    is a range of locations

    A Trading Range

    is a range of movements

    example:

    As a stocks trades

    (as it “moves” through numbers),

    it passes through various

    price ranges.

    example:

    As an aeroplane travels,

    it’s flight logue,
    it’s immediate location,
    and it’s flight plan,

    are it’s trading range.

    The territories
    that is passes through,

    (the counties, the countries)

    are price ranges.

    In 30 minutes (smile),
    at 5 o’clock post meridian,
    today, Friday, July 26, 2019,

    SiNtx Technologies, Inc. (SINT)
will reverse split 1 for 30.

It makes my head spin dizzy.

    As they only have
    about 22 million shares,
    the reduction to
    about 734 thousand shares
    suggests, of-course,
    financing ahead,

    no surprise there, however,

    on terms likely rendering
    relatively meaningless,
    the pre-split shares.

    For example:

    the market capitalization
    targets, that I mentioned
    in a previous post, would
    be changed:

    Price | Target Mrkt Capitalization

    Pre-Split:

    28.75¢ : $6,250,000

    57.50¢ : $12,500,000

    86.25¢ : $18,750,000

    Post-Spit:

    (estimating a future issuance
of about 29 million new shares)

    $8.625 : $258,750,000

    $17.25 : $517,500,000

    $25.875 : $776,250,000

    Or, expressed another way:
the 15¢ I payed for my shares
(by the way, I sold them at 10¢),
    will be redenominated $4.50.

    Not exactly a penny stock.

    Some people actually consider
    a stock under $5 a penny stock.

I consider a penny stock to be
    a stock trading under $1.00

    It will be interesting
    to WATCH what happens.

    (Those thirty minutes are up!)

(It took me over 60 minutes
    to write this. LOL)
