Good idea Dean. If a spreadsheet were created and viewable on The Bowser Report website, that would be a nice way to view the Beginner’s Portfolio.
in reply to: Contact form 1 #11222HA! SMDM almost got by me. I saw the newsletter but I regret I haven’t read it yet (a little ashamed). I have been busy, new job. I didn’t have any money anyway. For $.51 I need to Find money. My second paycheck is coming on Friday. I’ll be buying on Monday.
Hi Chuck,
I do not add shares to any of my current holdings. What I usually do is to buy my initial position and wait for the stock to double and then go down 25% from its most recent high. I have ridden FSI to a double twice and recently bought it again for my third time. My thinking is that if I buy the stock on the way up, it will increase my cost basis. I am really a value investor and I tend to get excited when a stock is down.
I have enjoyed your contributions to The Bowser Report over the years and I wish you the best with your investment in Sono-Tek.

I’ve written a program I use to track my investments. One of my reports generates Internal Rate of Return for any period. My highest return for 2017 was PACI with an IRR of 793%, which was an actual 70% return in just under three months. I sold PACI on the acquisition announcement. My highest actual return for the year was from LPTH – up 113% before I sold (following the Bowser plan) in October & November.
Just FYI – my IRR for my entire Bowser Portfolio was 54.15% vs 19.42% for the S&P and 13.14% for Russell. Pretty obvious why I renewed my annual subscription.
