    SiNtx has about
    22 million shares.

    The market has been
    open about one hour.

    SINT has traded over
    50 million shares.

    What is this?

    Computer malfunction?

    And the price changed
    only a few cents.

    What does this mean?

I hope it’s not the most bizarre
    shelf registration in history.

    Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (PZG)
    has another project in Oregon
    called the Frost Project.

    The Frost Project is
    twelve miles west of
    the Grassy Mountain Project
    (referenced in the post above).

    Paramount Gold announced, today,
    that the valuable gold targets,
    identified by a 2018 helicopter
    magnetic and radiometric survey,
    of the Frost Project, were
    confirmed by Controlled Source
    Audio Frequency Magneto-
    Tellurics (CSAMT) ground
    geophysical survey.

    Another piece of the puzzle.

    If the Bowser Database
    will not continue to
    be published in a print
    addition,

    it would be beneficial
    if it were also available
    in a square format
    (screen page per company),
    in addition to the
    linear format,

    if not for those who
    prefer it that way,
    and find it more pleasant,

    than at least for cellphone
    users.

    And since it would not
    increase print, paper,
    or postal costs:

    each square (rectangle)
    could include the preceding
    title of each number
    (or an abbreviation):

    Book Value Per Share:

    BVPS:

If it is not possible to
    fit everything on one cell
    phone screen, then it should
be spread over two cell phone
    screens, with the company name
    and the company symbol, repeated
at the top of both pages,
and there should not be any need for any abbreviations.

    Who would expect technology
to bring about the demise of abbreviation. Back to civilization.

    (In accordance with the post
above, I was given email customer
    service assurance of receiving
a printed copy in the future, however, that future has not
happened yet. Maybe it got lost
in the post. Well, I will be content, if the next quarter’s
    issue is hardly received.)

Seriously, wouldn’t other people prefer, if it is delivered
electronically, a page per company format? Surely, I’m not alone in thinking that, that would be
    easier to read. And digest.

    Wouldn’t it?

    I’m curious to receive
    feedback on this point.

    Paramount Gold announced today
    that they received permit
    for their proposed underground
    mine: “Grassy Mountain”.

    It is conditional
    upon abiding by:

    1: county fire protection standards

    (something probably not too much
    of a concern in Nevada)

    2: county sheriff expectations

    (Malheur county has about
    32,000 people, it’s county
    seat is Vale, and it’s
most populous city is Ontario: population of about 12,000)

    3: county road construction
    standards (always a concern)

    4: state reclamation requirements
(don’t leave the county with a
    state environmental expense)

    I’m not sure how meaningfull
    all this is, however, it
    certainly isn’t negative news.

    There were some tornados
    near Indianapolis on
    Memorial Day Evening.

    “There’s no place like home.”
(I live in The Midwest, too.)

Bought 500 shares at 62¢, today.

    Noble Roman’s, Inc. (NROM)

    With all the volatility
    in the market today, and

    the rise in Noble Roman’s
stock, over the past few days,

    it was surprising to watch
    it locked out in stalemate,
    today, without a share traded
    (correct me if I’m wrong).

    the sellers wanted about
    67.5¢ to 70.0¢

    the buyers wanted about
    60.0¢ to 62.5¢

I guess that puts the stock
    in equilibrium at about 65¢.

    With shares outstanding of
    21,683,032 at 05/31/2019,

    that gives Noble Roman’s
    a market capitalization of:

    $14,093,970 and 80¢

    “U.S. stocks
    are back below
    the flatline …”

    (Schwab Market Update, today)

I never even thought about it.

The flatline, is the close line.

the line on which you hang

    Peter H. Woodward, who “may
be deemed to be the owner”
    of 3,728,350 shares [April 2019],
    (and has provided the company,
    with what I would consider
    it’s reseeding capital),
    sold 142,857 shares.

    This is just general
    compensation. (Maybe
    he will use some of
    the proceeds to exercise
    warrants.)

    He is the chairman.
    More than well earned.

    by way of explaining
    the above acronyms:
    ______________________________

    RSI

    Relative Strength Index

    (covered in a Bowser Report)

    ______________________________

    MACD

    Moving
    Average
    Convergence
    Divergence

    (apparently pronounced: “Mac D”)

    an average formed
    by the difference
    of two other averages,
    that apparently, popularly,
    is a valuable indicator
    of momentum

(at least as far as I can tell)

    one could use the phrase:

    straight lining

yet that does not mean horizontal

    even if the NASDAQ goes
into a horizontal for a while
I will say: it is flat lining
