in reply to: Any ideas on PRTS #16372
Hi Robert – there is a considerable short interest in PRTS. Given that, was a likely case of selling the news. Stick to the Game Plan and take profits where appropriate.
Hi, we always recommend waiting to purchase each new recommendation. Often times, in the rush to buy, there is a run up in stock price.
CBD is a growing industry (whether it’s effective or not), and YCBD is poised to capitalize, offering good long-term growth potential.
However, we’ll continue to update subscribers on developments (good or bad) as the company makes more announcements/releases financials.
in reply to: SEC form 25 for FPAY #16145bass3 and Tse, the delisting is in regard to FPAY warrants. The warrants were “redeemed or paid at maturity or retirement.” The stock itself will continue to trade on the NASDAQ exchange.
Ed, I am with Mike in that I think the markets will continue their volatility. However, the principles of the Terrible Ten hold true, and if you’d like to reinvest after getting out of a stock, feel free. Just remember, these are very speculative investments.
in reply to: GALAXY GAMMING – TIME TO SELL #12460Jerry, it’s too soon to tell what the affect of the Aug. 7 press release will be, which I believe is what you are referring to. In my opinion, the company is acting in the best interest of the shareholders by blocking the nominations and serving a cease and desist to Saucier. He appears to be in violation of numerous company by-laws and putting the company’s gaming licenses in jeopardy.
Financial results for the most recent quarter were outstanding year-over-year: revenues up 19% and net income of $1 million versus a net loss of $600,000.
Distant, I tracked this company for a long time under $3 but the fundamentals never were quite there to warrant a recommendation. The movement this past week was wild. The volumes are a bit interesting considering there are only 1.7 million shares out (900,000 float) and 12 million shares traded on Aug. 26, 4.6 million on Aug. 27 and 6.8 million on Aug. 29.
in reply to: TFONY, TMX AlL-TIME TOP GAINER ? #11486As I understand it, TGONY was never officially a Company of the Month. Therefore, it is not included in the annual Historical Review. Many subscribers over the years, however, have let us know how much they profited from that tip of Max’s.
Certainly if it was a COM recommendation, it’d be up there as a top pick.
in reply to: EnerJex Resources Inc #14524There was a merger with AgEagle Aerial Systems. Since, the merger took effect, the company is now trading under ticker “UAVS.”
in reply to: not_required1-compressor #14523The report was good, and we did not see any subtleties. The outlook (HERE) is also very solid with $110 million in sales and $9.5 million in earnings for FY18.
The drop in sales price is likely to be selling the news, and/or macroeconomic uncertainty.
in reply to: Buy more on strength. #11403Francis, good to hear you’ve been applying one of the key components of the Game Plan! Hopefully you have had and continue to have many more like SLP.
in reply to: Contact form 1 #11402Tse, Faris’s comment above lays out how we came to SMDM’s original Bowser Rating of 9. In the company’s most recent earnings report, net income dropped 12%. As such, the stock lost two points and dropped to a 7.
No need to panic or sell if you are holding shares. Keep to the Game Plan!
