At The Bowser Report, we stand by our products with a satisfaction guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you are not satisfied. You may also be eligible to receive a refund. Familiarize yourself with the policies below before subscribing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Effective September 11, 2015. Updated July 14, 2024.

You may cancel any subscription, including an automatic renewal subscription at any time. To do so, log in to your Bowser online account. If you have an automatically recurring payment plan, you will see a link to “Turn Off” your Automatic Renewal. After clicking this link, you will no longer be charged automatically.

REFUND POLICY:

Effective September 11, 2015. Updated July 14, 2024.

Our refund policy varies depending on the subscription that you purchase. We always refund UNPUBLISHED monthly newsletters. You must explicitly request a refund upon cancellation via email so that we have written record. We will not automatically refund cancellations. An explanation of the refund policies and refund amounts is below:

Monthly subscriptions are refundable within the first 7 days after the purchase. After cancelling your subscription, you MUST send an email to customerservice@thebowserreport.com requesting a refund and providing your account information within the 7-day period. If no request is received within that time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. Monthly subscriptions will receive a full refund for the most recent purchase amount.

Quarterly subscriptions are refundable within the first 14 days after the purchase. Refunds are for non-published issues only. After cancelling your subscription, you MUST send an email to customerservice@thebowserreport.com requesting a refund and providing your account information within the 14-day period. If no request is received within that time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. Quarterly subscriptions receive 1/3 of the most recent purchase amount for each unpublished issue remaining in the their subscription. For example, a $29 purchase with two issues remaining will receive $19.33.

Annual subscriptions are refundable within the first 60 days after the purchase. Refunds are for non-published issues only. After cancelling your subscription, you MUST send an email to customerservice@thebowserreport.com requesting a refund and providing your account information within the 60-day period. If no request is received within that time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. Annual subscriptions receive 1/12 of the most recent purchase amount for each unpublished issue remaining in the their subscription. For example, a $99 purchase with 10 issues remaining will receive $82.50.

AUTOMATICALLY RECURRING PAYMENTS FOLLOW THE SAME REFUND POLICY AS THE MOST RECENT PURCHASE.

No exceptions will be made regarding the cancellation and refund policy.
