    FWIW, There is a My Favorite Muffin shop near me in Dayton, OH. Operated by great friendly people. They offer breakfast and lunch items and close at 7pm. Very popular wth steady stream of customers. Sort of like a Panera but not as extensive menu (no salads, and only a few soups).
