How have we done since 1977?

Publisher/Editor Thomas Rice has compiled the Annual Historical Review. It shows what’s happened to every stock we've recommended since 1977. This year, there were a total of 610 recommendations featured in the document, which spanned over 20 pages.

This year, The Bowser Report’s recommendations did considerably well, making a huge stride in the total gain figure. Thirty-nine stocks accumulated a gain of 1,001% or more, compared to just 31 last year. Thirty-five achieved gains between 501% to 1,000% and 105 gained between 101% and 500%. Add all of those numbers up, and 179 of our picks are currently trading or were acquired at more than double their recommendation price. That is 9% (14) more than last year.

Three hundred and twenty five of our stocks are currently down, more than the 285 currently up. The gainers number 258. However, there were 339 down last year, and 258 up, showing the numbers coming closer together this year. The higher number of losers shows: (1) These are not stocks you buy and hold. You have to use our Selling Plan! Five hundred and fifty nine (92%) of our picks appreciated after recommendation; and (2) the ones that do go up make up for the many that may go down. DIVERSIFY, DIVERSY, DIVERSIFY! Add up all of the minuses and pluses--it comes to +169,784%, up considerably from +131,622% last year.
