The Bowser Report was founded in 1976 by R. Max Bowser. In its 36 years of publication, The Bowser Report has prided itself on providing investors with vital information concerning stocks that trade for $3 a share or less. The newsletter features a Company of the Month, which is a financially strong company that is recommended as a buy. Previous Company of the Months are kept track of on page 4 as long as they stay under $3 a share. Those that rise to above $3 a share are moved to page 5, or the Follow-Through. Stories about the companies are throughout the newsletter, as well as other information concerning microcaps or the market in general. The newsletter is edited and published by Cindy Bowser, and co-edited by Thomas Rice.

Beyond the newsletter, The Bowser Report provides other products, including three published books by R. Max Bowser.
